San Pablo Homeowners Association Inc. v. Bank of America, N.A., 133rd Judicial District Court, Harris County, Texas — Counsel for homeowners association in successful enforcement of neighborhood deed restrictions against national bank that had previously foreclosed on property and obtained satisfaction of judgment for civil damages by sale of foreclosed property.

Stoneray Builders LLC v. Jay Gazzier and Logan LaViolette, 56th Judicial District Court, Galveston County, Texas — Counsel in breach of fiduciary duty and wrongful withdrawal claim against partner. Adjudicated at arbitration and obtained entry of final judgment, recovering damages and attorney’s fees.
